I was extremely pleased when I purchased these and they have served my well but now my product (Receipt below) does not work properly. The left ear bud does not seem to connect and i have tried resetting/repairing, putting it back in the case and all sorts. Its just flashing Red/Green and i cannot hear anything. Before this It had also cut out and i’d have to repair it but that is no longer working and I believe this defect through no fault of my own and is damaged. I’m happy to return these back to you and receive a brand new black pair of these Earbuds as a result.
